Our purpose
Sorai publishes buying guides and comparison tools for independent consultants and small B2B service teams. Our goal is to help readers make a practical software decision, not to create a feature-count contest.
What we evaluate
For each category, we start with the workflow a reader must run. For CRM software, that typically means:
- Capture a lead
- Assign ownership and follow-up
- Move an opportunity through a pipeline
- Record communication context
- Manage proposal, contract, or approval steps
- Hand the client to delivery without losing context
Our evidence labels

| Trial verified | A reproducible task completed in an available trial, demo, or test environment. We state what was tested and when. |
| Integration required | The workflow depends on another application, configuration, or a plan boundary. |
| Editorial judgment | Our analysis of trade-offs for a stated user and workflow. It is not presented as a product fact. |
| Not verified | We do not have enough current evidence to make a reliable claim. |
How we make recommendations
A recommendation must state the target user, the workflow it fits, the important limitation, and reasonable alternatives. We do not rank a product solely because it has more features, a lower starting price, or a commercial relationship with Sorai.
Pricing and updates
Software pricing, limits, integrations, and policies can change. We link to official sources where possible and show a review date on decision pages. If an important fact is no longer current, we update, qualify, or remove the claim.
